Rwanda Opens First Smartphone Manufacturing Plant in the Country



Rwandan President Paul Kagame formally propelled a cell phone assembling plant in Kigali, the country's capital on Monday.

The Mara Group, a container African multi-segment business administrations organization initiated Mara Phones assembling plant in Rwandan capital Kigali on Monday.

As indicated by CNN, the main telephones made in Rwanda moved off the mechanical production system a week ago at the manufacturing plant situated at Kigali exceptional financial zone. The processing plant utilizes around 200 individuals in Rwanda, 60% of whom are ladies.

Talking at the function, Rwandan President Paul Kagame said the presentation of Mara Phones would put cell phone possession inside reach of more Rwandans.
